ZQSMART enhanced gantry

　　   Scanning function of ZQSMART
  Gantry system has two working conditions namely manual and automatic, which can freely selected by operators with the switch on the panel. ZQSMART gantry can work in normal scanning, zone scanning and fixed point scanning on request. The scanning speed can be freely set in range from 20 to 500mm per second according to operation speed of paper machine. Same as the majority of imported systems, ZQSMART gantry can be set as a total scanning condition of side –to-side.
  Technological characteristics of ZQSMART gantry
  ZQSMART gantry is elaborately researched and designed on the basis of fully absorbing foreign well-known products and advanced technology by our company. Its crossbeam adopts one-step formed quality alloy square steel of 150*250*8mm, which is dealt with stress relief by professional facilities to ensure it will not be distorted under operating environment.
  Slideway of ZQSMART gantry adopts linear round slideway and sliding bearing imported from Korea. The precision of its slideway can reach: vertical precision (±0.05mm), lateral precision (±0.20mm) and synchronization precision (±0.20mm) to guarantee steadiness and precision of to-and-fro movement of sensor.
  ZQSMART gantry adopts imported frequency converter to make precise control over scanning speed and optimize scanning speed in accordance with change of travelling speed of paper machine, which can make continuous linear adjustment in range from 20mm/second to500mm/second. The built-in imported encoder and photoelectric sensor of gantry make accurate orientation for operation of sensor, the error of which is controlled within 0.2mm so as to safeguard the precision of full-size scanning and zone scanning.
  In order to ensure the reliability and steadiness, ZQSMART gantry adopt imported products for all internal key components regardless of the high cost. For instance: products of German IGUS Company are adopted for flexible cable and cable retaining chain, products of Italian MEGDIN Company for synchronization belt, products of Japanese NSK Company for bearing, products of Japanese OMRON Company for photoelectric switch, products of German SIEMENS for PLC and products of Taiwan company for electric machinery.
  ZQSMART gantry is more precise in measurement, more steady in operation with a longer service life; it is made of stainless steel which is elegant in appearance with fouling resistance and heat insulation capacity and can reduce influence on environmental temperature.
   Performance Index of QCS-ZQSMART System
  Range of quantitative measurement and control: krypton source 10－800g/ m²;
  Precision of quantitative test: 2σ (variance) ≤0.15g/m²; 2σ≤±0.15 % (whichever arrives the first)
  Range of moisture content measurement and control: 1—15％ moisture content ;
  Measurement resolution: 2σ≤±0.15 %, σ refers to standard deviation.
  The largest width of gantry: 8000mm
